Summer is here! After a busy, productive spring, it’s time to kick back, relax, and enjoy the creative opportunities the Arts Council of Princeton has planned for this summer.
The Arts Council of Princeton’s Summer Art Camps and Art Studios provide the perfect setting for children, tweens, and teens to stay cool and explore artistic opportunities in a creative environment. This year, we are excited to offer 10 weekly options of camp programming for ages 5-16 in the Paul Robeson Center for the Arts’ state-of-the-art studio space. Led by professional artist educators, campers are encouraged to achieve individual creative goals while fostering group collaborations in a supportive environment. Before and after-care available! View all options and register today.
What better way to enjoy a summer evening than to lay down a blanket and listen to live music? Did we mention it’s free!? The Summer Courtyard Concert Series is held every Thursday in the Princeton Shopping Center’s beautiful courtyard and features the best in local and regional music. View a full performance lineup through August 24 here.
If you haven’t yet made it over to the newest Princeton Parklet – run, don’t walk! Installed in front of jaZams on Palmer Square East, the parklet has five “rooms” designed to be interactive spaces that teach the community about renewable energy. Learn more here!
We look forward to seeing you during these sunny days and relaxing summer evenings!
