Love Song

- $15/$12 ACP Members, Students, Seniors

Come out to enjoy “Love Song”, a theatrical performance by John Klovenbach, as presented by Chimera Productions. Beane, the oddball hero of this quirky story, is plagued with an inability to comprehend reality and exist in the world as we commonly understand it. His apartment is empty and barren, which enrages a would-be burglar, who turns out to be the transformative force in Beane’s life.

Plein Air Painting: Watershed

- $60

This exciting new ACP workshop at the Watershed explores the popular 19th century tradition of watercolor painting outdoors (en plein air). Participants will discover the quality of natural light and how it changes over time, explore how color defines forms, learn how to represent natural colors, experiment with brush strokes and create textures. The instructor will offer suggestions to each person individually during the session, then near the end of class time, the group will meet together to share their work and the day’s painting experience.
The workshop begins with a short Naturalist-led walk on the Watershed Reserve trails. Bring a bag lunch to enjoy while lingering with fellow artists.
Registration is exclusively through the Arts Council of Princeton; for more information and to register, please visit www.artscouncilofprinceton.org or call 609-924-8777. For more information about Stony Brook-Millstone Watershed Association, visit www.thewatershed.org.
Membership rate applies to current members of either organization.
