Artist Chalet Winter Village Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Artist Chalet Winter Village. The Arts Council is thrilled to offer space to artists in this prime location in Downtown Princeton during the holiday season.

Applicant Information

Please provide applicant name, artist/vendor name and contact information.

Preferred Time Slot

Select your preferred time slot. Please note that the first and last options are three-day reservations during primetime shopping hours (Black Friday and Christmas Eve, respectively).

Artwork Information

Please provide information about your artwork below and supply 5-10 photos showcasing your work. You can upload your images (2Mbs per file) or you can provide a link to a cloud-storage solution, like Dropbox, Google Drive or similar.

Application Payment

Once you submit your application, you will be directed to the application payment. The fee for an Artist Chalet is $375 for the first weekend of 11/25-11/27 and $295 for subsequent weekends. There is a non-refundable application fee of $25. Applications will not be considered complete without a paid application fee. Credit cards will be processed for the booth fee only upon acceptance.
