SUMMARY:ART OF Pickling
DESCRIPTION:Join us to explore this beautiful 18th-century Georgian house and meet the artists and curators behind Freedoms Reframed: Art on the Edges of the Constitution\, a special exhibition of contemporary art and poetry created in celebration of America’s 250th anniversary. Co-curated by renowned regional arts leaders Judith K. Brodsky and Rhinold Ponder\, the exhibition brings together 22 artists and 11 poets whose work offers fresh and sometimes unexpected perspectives on American history\, freedom\, and the Constitution. The exhibition is part of Re-Visioning America\, a collaborative initiative of the Princeton University Art Museum\, Arts Council of Princeton\, Morven Museum & Gardens\, and William Trent House Museum. Ticket holders are invited to stay for the following public closing reception and keep the conversation going over drinks and refreshments. Saturday\, October 3\, 3:30–5:00 p.m. (Opening Reception from 5 – 6:30pm)Location: William Trent House Museum\, Trenton\, NJ \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n tickets\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n THANK YOU TO OUR GENEROUS SERIES SPONSORS \n \n \n \n \n \n \n VISIONARY \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n MUSE \n \n \n \n \n \n \n MARYELLEN MCQUADE & DAVID CHUNG \n \n \n \n \n \n \n LYDIA & JOHAN PFEIFFER \n \n \n \n \n \n \n DEVOTEE \n \n KOOKIE JOHNSON & TOM SHEERANMAUL POWER GROUPJAMIE PHARES
