July 4th Jubilee
12:00 – 3:00 p.m.
Every year, in honor of Independence Day, Morven hosts a FREE event to celebrate our American heritage at the home-turned-museum of Richard Stockton, a signer of the Declaration of Independence.
A Celebration of ART: Sit down and draw inspiration from Morven’s current chairmaking exhibition. Participants of all ages will have the opportunity to create his/her own chalk or oil pastel rendering of a chair guided by artist and Arts Council of Princeton instructor Libby Ramage.
[Other Activities will take place at this event.]
PARKING AND WEATHER:
– Guests are invited to use the Princeton Theological Seminary or Monument Hall parking lots, or can park on the street. There will be no parking at Morven since so many children will be on the grounds.
– This event is SHINE only (due to the outdoor activities, it will be cancelled if there is prolonged rain).
Fun for the whole family! Free and open to the public. No registration required.
