Join the ACP for Swing Dance with the Princeton University Swing Dance Club

Princeton University Swing Dance Club welcomes you to a monthly social dance! Join an intermediate and beginner lesson prior to the social dance – we’ll teach you what you need to know to have fun social dancing! The cost for this event is $5 to help us cover the room and instructor fees. We thank you for your support!

Schedule of events:
6:15-6:30 – Check-in
6:30-7:30 — Intermediate Lindy Hop lesson
7:30-8:00 — Beginner East Coast swing lesson
8:00-9:00 — Social dance

Please note: Our group requires attendees to wear a mask for the duration of the event and provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination during check-in. Please bring your vaccination card (digital copies are OK) and a mask.

Explore the rich cultural heritage and diverse forms of Indian Music with international singer and classical musician, Rashika Ranchan. This performance and talk, designed to be informative and interactive, will encompasses different genres, such as, Hindustani Classical, Gazal, Bhajan, Folk, Thumri, Sufi and Film (Bollywood) music. Enjoy this journey of the art, intellectual depth and beauty of Indian music. Lite Indian fare will be served and participants will enjoy a 20% discount (up to $25) after the event at Dvaraka indian Cuisine, located just down the street from the Arts Council of Princeton at 36 Witherspoon Street.
