The Arts Council of Princeton proudly presents the ART OF. From collecting art to tasting wine, this series will introduce you to the endless creativity and innovation in our community. Created by locals, for locals, these all inclusive experiences require no supplies or commitment. Just call your friends and we’ll do the rest.

Take a shot and experience the ART OF Distilling!

Nestled in the rolling Sourland Mountains of the Hopewell Valley, family-owned Sourland Mountain Spirits lovingly distills, ages, fills, and labels award-winning spirits highlighted by their double gold medal flagship gin. Led by co-founder, Erica Disch, this intimate tasting experience consists of the exploration of three different Sourland Mountain Spirits. Erica will immerse you in the aromas and flavors of a true craft experience.

Each participant will receive a hand-crafted ceramic tasting glass made by Arts Council of Princeton Executive Director and award-winning ceramicist Adam Welch. Enjoy light refreshments as you sip your spirits! Click here for tickets.

Musical Minds: 9 mo – 2 years

May 8 @ 10:00 am - 10:30 am

Caretaker and child class to introduce music in a fun and engaging atmosphere. We do this through sing-alongs, light musical theory instruction, dance, and games.

Music helps behavioral and emotional health, literacy and children do better overall in school. While there are many benefits for learning music young, it’s also a fun and exciting activity that parent/caregiver and child can enjoy together!

Students 9 months – 2 years and their caretakers will experience lively sing-alongs, a gentle introduction to musical theory, have fun dance sessions, and learn through interactive games. This is a great way for caretakers to bond, socialize with other parents and introduce music to their little ones!

This half-hour session is held in partnership with Stibol Music and is recommended for toddlers of 9 mo – 2 years. Please note there is a session for children 3-5 years of age immediately following.

Register in advance for 6-class course: $120
Drop-in and pay in-person: $25
