Vendor information
- The sale is scheduled for Saturday, May 2. The Bazaar is rain or shine and will be cancelled only in the event of dangerous conditions.
- The sale runs from 11am-4pm. Artists are responsible for staffing their booth for the entirety of the sale.
- Artists will be assigned 10′ x 10′ spaces and are responsible for their own display, including providing your own table, tent, display stands, racks for cards, jewelry, etc. If merchandise requires wrapping materials such as tissues or bags, it is the artists’ responsibility to provide it.
- It is the artists’ responsibility to have a change fund to handle cash sales and a mobile device to accept credit cards.
- The sale closes promptly at 4pm and vendors must stop sales at that time. All displays and unsold work must be loaded out by 6pm, when the street will reopen to all traffic.
