The vendor deadline has closed.
Vendors who applied for the Art Bazaar should expect to hear back by March 5, 2025.
The Art Bazaar is scheduled for Saturday, May 3 with no rain date. Market hours are 11am-4pm.
The sale will take place on Robeson Place, just outside the Arts Council of Princeton’s building.
Artists are responsible for staffing their booth for the entirety of the sale.
Artists will be assigned 10′ x 10′ spaces and are responsible for their own display, including providing any tables, tents, stands, racks, etc, and for providing wrapping materials such as tissue or bags.
It is the artists’ responsibility to have a change fund to handle cash sales and a mobile device to accept credit cards. Please note that cell service in Downtown Princeton can be unreliable. Improved WiFi (as of December 2024) has been installed for vendor use.
