Princeton is chock-full of talented home cooks and impressive professional chefs. The fan-favorite annual Community Chili Cook-Off, hosted by the Arts Council and the Historical Society of Princeton, puts their skills to the test.
Join us at the beautiful Updike Farmstead on Quaker Road for a good old-fashioned cook-off. Our contestants will serve up tasty samples all afternoon — try them all and cast a vote for your favorite.
Make a day of it: there will be 15+ different chilis to try, but you’re invited to round out your lunch with a picnic (no alcohol, please!) Live music and lawn games will complete this festive fall day on the farm. So, who will be named Princeton Chili Champion?! You’ll be the judge of that.
