Gather with your friends and neighbors on Palmer Square Green to enjoy a Halloween-themed performance by Jeff (of fan-favorite Storytime with Jeff!) before we depart promptly at 5:45pm. The festivities will continue at the YMCA with circus entertainment and free family fun!
