Looking for some creative connection with your kiddo? Join us for a late morning of mindful movement and art making.
Laura, a certified yoga instructor, creative spirit and mother of three, will guide you and your little through breathing techniques to calm and center, short and sweet yoga sequences to move energy through the body and into making art, with a focus on remaining present in the process and having fun.
Open to children ages 3-7 and their parent/caregiver.
This event is held in partnership with Stibol Music. Stibol Music is all about creative development, connection, collaboration and community, which is why we are so excited to partner with the Arts Council of Princeton. Our goal is to connect students of all ages and skill levels with caring instructors and fellow musicians to learn and grow together, and have fun along the way. While we have built our own little artistic community within our 4 walls in Princeton Junction, we are beyond excited to partner with the Arts Council of Princeton and integrate into the broader community.
