Princeton Yoga Fest brings together people of all ages and backgrounds to experience the unifying power of yoga.
Our third-annual event offers a powerful lineup of classes, vendors, and the much-anticipated return of the Silent Disco Flow. This celebration of movement, mindfulness, and community is held in partnership with lululemon.
The morning session is held on Hinds Plaza, a public square located outside the Princeton Public Library. The later classes, as well as the Mindfulness Market, are held at the Arts Council of Princeton at 102 Witherspoon Street, Princeton.
10am-11am: Community Yoga on Hinds Plaza (free) led by instructor Jen Stewart.
11am-4pm: Explore our Mindfulness Market, a one-stop shop for vendors working in self-care, beauty, wellness, accessories, and food and beverage. Learn about applying as a vendor.
3-4pm: Bring the gang for Family Yoga ($10). This beginner-friendly, gentle class is great for all ages and abilities with inclusion for individuals with special needs and/or physical, intellectual, and developmental disabilities.
4:30-6pm: The grand finale — at the Silent Disco Flow ($65), music transmitted through wireless headphones allows for a unique and personalized experience. Attendees of this class will receive an Everywhere Belt Bag from lululemon, valued at $38. End the day with our Closing Meditation, featuring live Ney instrumentals.
Proceeds benefit the Arts Council of Princeton, a 501c3 nonprofit. ACP has been serving the Princeton region for almost 60 years, founded on the belief that the arts are essential to a healthy and happy society. Thank you for recognizing our ability to uplift spirits, embrace joy, and create real change, right here at home.
