What began as backyard jam sessions among friends has grown into a joyful community gathering. Samb’in Princeton is Princeton’s first roda de samba, where musicians play around a shared table and everyone is invited to sing, clap, dance, and celebrate together.
Join us at the Arts Council to experience the rhythm, warmth, and spirit of samba — no musical experience needed, just bring your energy and enjoy!
We’ll be hosting a tasting of Brazilian sweets, but please feel free to bring whatever food or drinks you’d like to enjoy throughout the evening. Any food and drinks, alcoholic or non-alcoholic, are more than welcome. We’ll have tables set up so everyone can get comfortably settled, but rest assured: there will be plenty of space to hit the dance floor and samba the night away!
