vendor information

Applications to participate in the 2025 yART sale are available now. The deadline to apply is Friday, June 20.

  • The sale will take place on Saturday, August 2. There is no rain date – in the event of inclement weather, the event will be cancelled.
  • This sale is intended as an opportunity to clean out your studio and sell seconds, discounted items with small flaws, etc. Prices of individual items available at your table should be reduced from your regular market prices.
  • The event will be held “flea market-style”: vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables that may not exceed a 10×10′ space. Tents will not be permitted at the yART sale, but umbrellas are welcome (and encouraged!) as long as they remain within your allotted space.
  • The event will take place outdoors surrounding the Arts Council’s Paul Robeson Center for the Arts, located at 102 Witherspoon St. Vendors will be assigned space in the parking lot and in nearby spaces around our building. No roads will be closed to accommodate the sale.
  • Our building will be open for normal business hours, so vendors will have access to restrooms and drinking water.
  • There will be no parking at our building, as the event is held in our parking lot. We encourage you to use the parking garage behind the Princeton Public Library as it is the most reasonably priced and closest to the Arts Council. Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is metered.
  • Set-up begins at 7:30am; all vendors should be set up and ready for sales by 8:45am.
  • All vendors must conclude sales and pack up their table at 1pm. Our parking lot will reopen to traffic by 2:30pm.
  •  It is the artists’ responsibility to have a change fund to handle both cash sales and a mobile device to accept credit cards. Please note that cellphone reception in Princeton can be unreliable.

The application fee is $10. The tabling fee, once accepted, is $25. Both are non-refundable and benefit ACP community programming.
