Free Art Supply Pantry

PSA: our new free art supply pantry, handcrafted by a talented local Girl Scout troop, encourages you to make something.

Whether you’re an artist between projects, a student experimenting with new mediums, or a neighbor looking for a creative outlet, our free Art Supply Pantry is here!

What is the Art Supply Pantry?

The Art Supply Pantry is a take-what-you-need, give-what-you-can program designed to reduce waste and promote artmaking. Thanks to generous donations from community members, artists, and organizations, the pantry is stocked with a rotating selection of materials that might otherwise go unused.

The Art Supply Pantry thrives through community participation. You can support the program by:

  • Donating supplies: New or gently used materials in good condition are always welcome

  • Spreading the word: Let friends, neighbors, and artists know the pantry exists

  • Using it mindfully: Take what you need so others can benefit too

If you’re unsure whether an item is suitable for donation, our staff is happy to help.

It is located outside the Paul Robeson Place entrance, so swing by anytime and see what goodies may inspire you.
