Join us for a ‘quick pickle’ workshop hosted by master food preserver, Kim Rizk of Jammin’ Crepes and get inspired to create beautiful & delicious jars of pickled produce to enjoy with friends and family.
Learn quick & easy ways to preserve the crunch & add a burst of exciting flavor to a wide variety of local summer crops. Kim will share tips and tricks for extending the enjoyment of summer flavors well into the wintertime.
Participants will enjoy small bites, take-home recipes, and will leave the evening with pickled vegetables you make in class inside a special gifted jar.
